Hmmmmmmmmmm where would it end, next we will be putting up peoples net worth next to their name?

There is a saying “Keep it Simple Stupid” Personally I don’t care wether we have stars or not. We are all intelligent people throwing ideas around and any one that takes info from the net as 100% gospel is setting them selves up for disaster.

Even putting next to our names how we made the money, or net worth, who is going to police its accuracy? Any one can put anything down and some poor newcomer may soon take the advice of someone that has no experience but appears as if they have made millions.

My partner is having major surgery that morning but knowing who the guest speaker is i will still be attending with bells on. BTW the Cashflow games nite was great fun last week also. Looking forwards to the next one. Was great to see my 14yo son have a child during the game, put him in debt but he did well to get out of debt again. He keeps telling me he cant believe how much kids cost ……………LOL[strum]

Yes Mel, we have used cash upfront for Dr’s services and to be honest if u, do we have found its about the same as the gap would have been with private insurance.

    Cash always talks!

I have also found that if you are willing to pay cash upfront for medical services the price gets droped a reasonable amount. Saves on paper work etc chasing up the moneys.

My advice save the money payed to the insurance medical benefit and pay cash when needed, other wise just use a public system when u feel comfortable to do so.

But i’m sure it’s ok to lend a book or CD to a friend. That’s why it’s also possible for someone to resell their wrap pack, although copying it before selling would be an infringement.

It’s a well known established law that says if you buy something of intellectual property, you have the right to resell it.

This is why it’s possible to buy 2nd hand books and CD’s.

I’m with you krazystyler. How much is enough for these guys? How many suits can they wear? How many boats can they ski behind? After making their millions and buying a home in a leafy eastern suburb, I reckon these guys should be giving something back… this is what the Lord preaches.

I think every one has fair points to make here.

I must also state however I could be wrong but I believe some of the items that Steve has up for sale, all the profits go to charity. Am I correct in this statement?

I may also state that I have once gone halves in a wrap pack with a friend, (not Steve’s) out of curiosity to know more about wrapping. However not intending to actually use it particularly at this stage, as it is illegal in my state. We understand it legal to copy your own pack as a back up. Is it not then legal since there were 2 owners of the pack that we share in the info?

If I had to purchase it alone I would never have done so and neither would my friend. So isn’t that win/win? We got the info we wanted, (but not for use) and he had a sale.

Im sure im going to be knocked down for this statement, but that’s honestly how I see it.

I have had 4 children, one was born in public hospital as private, and the gap was around $2,000.

One born in private hospital as a private patient gap around $1,500

2 were born as public patients in birthing centre in a public hospital, no gap, but the best care and service out of the lot.

My opinion Birthing centres are the best and highly recommend them.

Personally in todays market I would’nt be buying anywhere just on the basis of just CG. However buying under market value would be a differnt story.

I don’t see the point in NOT answering A SIMPLE QUESTION. I am not suggesting you should; I just don’t think DAAJ should be criticised for asking, that’s all.

I am happy to answer him with a figure…if that’s a bad thing….fine! I’m sweet with it, and if you’re not….don’t follow my lead.

I encourage everyone else to do the same.

In the final analysis if YOU can’t assess and locate the right properties for you, trusting someone else to act in your best interest adds a lot of risk to the process.

Frankly one of the aspects I dislike about this forum in particular is the large number of people who are allowed to blatantly advertise that they can find you property. I see it as these people preying on a reasonably inexperienced group.

Of course – I know they see it differently :)
