Oh yes, thanks mate feeling much better now. Although Lynn is still crook, but on the improve, she is out of hospital now.
What did we learn? It don’t matter how much water u drink when it’s hot, u also need allot of sugar apparently according to the Dr

A couple of weeks ago I was away sourcing properties, it was 45deg + every day and we were staying in a caravan with 5 kids for 5 days, and of course as well as working the kids wanted me to go fishing and crabbing with them also with a 2 k walk out to find crabs.
I got back with heat exhaustion, but Lynn wasn’t so lucky, she ended up with a bad case of heat stroke.
I remember a few years back we had about 3 weeks of non stop over 40deg days, and one day while I was working (Harley Tour) the rubber handle grips actually melted in my hands. Now that’s hot…..LOL

Fees vary allot depending on many factors.
Are you considering buying in a particular area? Some areas are extremely hard to come by +ve properties. Other areas have many.
Sometimes you just need to use some creativity to turn a -ve into a +ve property.

I have the bigbond cable, and only had it just over a month, and have had no problems at all, not even drop out. Sometimes it just takes 2 times to connect that’s all.
I am thinking about wireless networking also I currently have 2 home pc’s networked but would need to buy a router and more cable if I was to network my laptop. The cost of wireless is higher, but I can see me working in the back yard with he laptop. Having said that the advice I was given at the pc shop Is to is stick with cable connections as its much faster then wireless. Also neighbours can log into your system on wireless.
Therefore I still haven’t decided which will better suit me ………LOL

Just b4 I went to uni to study Psychology a very well known friend of mine psychologist/author said to me b4 I start forget about everything I had already learned and start from scratch and play their games, then when u finish forget about everything u did at uni and get back to the real stuff I learned b4 uni. I tend to agree with that statment. But that’s for Psychology, I also did physical education and I loved it and learnt heaps.
SO I guess it really depends on what u already know and I also think it depends a bit on age, the psychology course was very much set up by people with little hands on experience for kids str8 out of school.
I see some degrees as no more then a licence to print money.………….LOL

I guess it really is horses for courses. Personally i at this stage would not use The Investors club. Having said that i have heard they have many satisfied clients. Personally i lean more towards Steve’s way of thinking , it seems much safer to me , but as u all know he has his critics also.

Help as many people as u can on your path to financial freedom including family. This gives great satisfaction.
By helping I mean teaching and sharing, not doing it for them.
If some one is hungry how would they benefit most from me? If I was to give them a fish or teach them how to fish?

I don’t know much about shares infact I know nothing, but I know some people have lost all their money in one shares transaction, but I don’t know of any one losing all their money in one real estate transaction.
