I might also add, im pretty lucky when it comes to being put into serious situations, as im able to think straight and go into auto pilot and do what needs to be done, however not long after once the adrenalin slows down it hits me pretty hard as it does for alot of people.

It’s the same in SA Russ as I have previously mentioned several times. My understanding with the spotting its fairy universal around OZ as the REIA are behind it. As far as wraps go they are still legal in allot of states, but SA is not one of them.

Joint ventures are ok, and so are spotting under the umbrella of a licensed R/E agent.

I would be concerned about kids drowning myself. Even tho I would do all I can to prevent it, i know if i owned a pool in a IP and one of the kids drowned it would be very difficult for me.

Personal thing for me i guess. I have had to pull two of my own kids out of pools in the past, it happens so fast and so quietly.
