    hello all .. I'm thinking of trying to boost my super through property with smsf .. an investment group is suggesting brisbane cbd but I don't know if I'm too old .. (just turned 50 .. but a young 50).  I'm very nervous about it .. should I just leave my super in the fund?  Does anyone have any "pearls of wisdom" please?

    I'm talking to them too (Pino and Bryce from Capital 360) but also will talk to Jason from Alliance Corp as well this week.

    Alliance Corp is much cheaper but they only focus in Melbourne.  Anyone heard of them?

    Hi all … I'm new to this forum and have had meetings with Capital360 re SMSF.  Any updates on experience or success/failures with this group would be very much appreciated.
