VB, in relation to Grenfell, that would be the just the effect they are after, the person in charge of town promotion seems to be very pro- active in this regard.

Grenfell has appeared on numerous current affair type shows over the last few years, tempting new people to town, the council will pay fuel costs for example.

I would say the locals have answered that question with the(disportionately) high number of houses for sale in cobar.

each after submitting a written offer including a ‘condition’ that I would pay $3k (5%)per house deposit. This wasnt questioned. I would say pay the least that you can get away with, does every one agree?

hwd007, I have to apoligize for giving you inaccurate info, I attended the NRMA office to finalise insurance today, only to be told that NRMA does not offer such cover and the customer services officer will be told that she erred in including in my quote.
