I just wish many other Australians would see the light. Bad debt is crippling many people and often is the catalyst behind a large number of other personal problems.
Once you get free of the debt life opens up a whole lot more possibilities………..keep up the good work.
I think it is good advice generally considering the property market at the moment. There will be some good times coming to use your equity to purchase another property if that's what you want to do, but in my view ……………..not just yet.
Not everyone will agree with me of course, but I'm holding off with the purchases at the moment myself.
