    Unfortunately I was out of town on business and missed the article on ACA. What was the brief overview? Which towns were mentioned?

    Thanks Richard,

    The no deposit I was referring to was from one of the major lenders, and i believe there was NO interest rate penalty. Are you aware of this?

    Marco thanks for the reply, I’ll grab a copy of that book.

    I was just a little concerned about the impact of the baby boomers leaving larger homes in search of small, low maintenance ones close to leisure facilities.
