I caught the ad on TV on Friday nite, but forgot it was on until late today. Listening and watching Steve speak helped reassure me that I have a chance, someday, to make a lifestyle change through investment property.
Keep up the good work, Steve. You are an inspiration to many!

Included as part of each member’s profile, I think the option to list a town or suburb, even a state, is a good one. Are there any major problems or objections about it?

Felicity, that’s fantastic! Good on you.
As a self-confessed Property Gumby (new in the game, don’t have a clue!) I’m still on a learning spree when it comes to investing. Since I’ve gotten started on this track, property has taken on a new slant for me. Often when driving past a house or an empty block, I’ll think about ways it would make a great investment.
However, as time passes I see that people certainly are a big part of making your investments great, as Felicity has shown. The idea of helping someone fulfil the Aussie dream of owning a home inspires me to invest – profit is just icing on the cake.

There is definitely a good feeling of ‘community’ within the forum, and the site in general. The great diversity of forum users who happily share their ideas and experiences makes this such a fantastic meeting place.

Despite the fact that the book is free, I’m usually wary of filling out ‘surveys’. Have you received a copy of the book and, if so, what did you think of it?

I plan on doing some more investment reading, dreaming of property glory, and psyching myself up to make the first move!!
By the way, top job with compiling the list of links. I have a stack in my Favourites, many of them ones you have listed, but I never got around to categorising them – it’s a mess!
