    Micha, I looked pretty close at this loan but decided against it.  I dont have anything against it either but just wasn't for me. Its 8.4% base rate and fairly high establishment costs and penalties to refinance.  They also only lend in certain postcodes.     You find a lender that is offay with this set kind of finance,set up the trust, find the hosue, get a loan to buy units in the trust, the trust aquires the property and the trust offers the property up as security all at the same time.

    yes they are ranked in order of growth with 1 being the highest which is 14% per year for next eight years  and it falls away from there, not from rpd data

    Stella, wouldn't worry to much I have  property in Ashgrove that is going great and its not even on the list neither is Murarrie which has had very high growth in the last year 30% according to REIQ nd 40% according to Domain might be less than that but its moving
