thanks all for you advise. I haven’t taken the loan yet, will discuss with the bank to remove cross collateralisation.
I was wondering if I take equity on my residential property to pay 20% of for the investment property and then next year switch houses, would the full amount (initial loan + equity) than be considered for negative gearing or only…[Read more] -
