    Sorry :)
    I have 1 property. Am living most of the year in the USA currently. About 8 months a year.
    Looking at getting more into property when I get back.

    I also do shares.

    Not really sure about all this… but read read and read some more….

    1) READ
    2) RESEARCH
    3) SET GOALS

    Work out what your plans are. You seem to not have an idea which is fine at this age, happens to everyone. First try and find some direction on what you really what to be doing and then keep researching about what is happening. The US will for sure have some bargains that is no doubt however the stability over in the US is causing people big problems.

    Hey Thanks!
    I got "From 0- 130 Properties in 3.5 years"
    today, will look out for that book next :)
    Anyone read this book and thinks its good?
