Thanks heaps for the advice all. I had a property manager last time I rented the place out and am going to further investigate this and see what I can do!

so lets say $400 a week.

    $400 a week (1600 a month x 12 )  = $19200
     400 k =  purchase price

    19200 / 400,000
    =

    RIO

What would you guys say is the best way to add to your existing property amounts and add IP to your assets?

I have a apartment I was left due to a death in the family. I am wanting to get another apartment and continue to add.

feel free to PM me as well or add me to msn

    Hey mate,
    Thanks for the reply.
Last time she was getting me the highest rent in the complex apartment I'm in. I think the plan is to get someone in and then in a couple of months bump it up, thats the hope anyways.
but yeah right now not looking great!

That is to do with Property Investing. I won't bother anymore, I can see what you want. Go read some books educate yourself

Your working on the mines clearly? Which is the question I asked.

Spend some time researching / reading

    Hey,
Just wondering so you are working on the mines I am guessing to be making that kind of money?
It would be common sense to just tell you, save the money instead of wasting it on "junk" as you say.
When you have learned how to save then property should be your next goal. Your first goal needs to be learning to save. Especially when you are making that kind of money.

    Cheers

Great to see the responses coming in. I am looking to Invest in Perth. However the prices are so over-priced still and will need to come down. I think in the next 12 odd months will be a time when there could be a few bargains floating around.

    Cheers

    Hey,
No expert here by any means but are you not reading the papers right now? or watching the news?
It's all about Perth property dropping in price, think you would be mad to buy right now, be much better off waiting for a while should get a much better price. Just my thoughts of course.

I have a Apartment in Subiaco gets rented out full furnished for a nice price. There are several very nice apartments around me which have been on the market for many months and have not even had offers. I would think you could offer below the figures they are asking to see how keen they are to sell. I am sure people will be more willing to take a less figure and get rid of the properties. However overall i would wait to see the general sentiment and watch the news this week should be all about it.

This is just my opinion however and I am sure you will get a much better response from others
If you would like to chat further feel free to message me and give me your email address

    Take care
