I tend to agree, that the profits from this seminar are not as simple as you have outline. It does take preparation and time to organise one of these events. Thanks everybody for your opinions/feedback. I will be researching hard before the seminar to make the most of it. Marky Mark, sounds like you got a bit out of it. Did it help you in your property purchases?? The way I see it is if I get just a few ideas out of it and act on them, then I will get the money back in my future investments.

I am in the same situation, where I will be settling on a block of land in a few months and plan to sit on it for a year or so before building to see what happens around me (new estate). This would means some big tax savings!!
