Nope, that is about standard. That is probably one of the larger blocks for that estate.Interested to know what you paid for your house and land package.Tribeca Living aren't a local building co. from what i know. There have been quite a few move into town lately to secure some of the business that is coming Gladstone's way.Austy
The only thing to consider with Vantage is whether you are getting value for money based on comparable sales.Vantage Estates blocks are mainly smaller than other developments and have quite a few "Courtyard" blocks which are tiny.Just so long as you don't pay the full 4×2 price for the small lots.Austy

For interests sake, I have just rented a 4×2 bedroom house in Glen Eden (Gladstone) for $500 a week.It is brand new and has been snapped up by a company coming to town for the LNG work. 1 week to lease. They want it for 4 years.$420k to complete and rents for $500 per week with massive capital growth upside.Fairly happy with that.Austy
