I've looked at homebush west but was put off by the large numbers of units in the area – might make it hard to sell as there's generally lots of others selling at the same time.you need to live in it for 6 months to claim the FHOG, but when you turn it into an IP make sure you get a depreciation schedule done to maximise cashflow.
