Has anyone used property now to sell a property or leased one through them? I have noticed that their fees are very low compared to regular realestate agents.

Hello! Im sorry if this has already been discussed.
I have decided to buy my tenants gifts this year, I am thinking something along the lines of a gift voucher.
I am unsure of what to write in the card as I do not want to come of cheesy.
