Yes, If we want to rent it out for the next 6 years, we have to re-occupy it and then let it out.
But, I heard that when you rent your main residence you should have some compeling reasons to do so. Like a transfer inter-state or something. I want to know whether I can let the property out but still live in the same suburb by renting out in that suburb.
This benefit that is offered looks really good, that’s why I am doubting as to whether they is any catch to this which we need to be aware of.
