I was “as you do” jogging up the stairs (made of steel) at work.. with both my hands in my pockets.. then I tripped.. instant reaction was to put my elbows forwards, as my hands were deep in my pockets…. I hit the steps with my elbows… which saved my face.. at least.. I got a good laugh out of telling that one.. [
