]When we went for a loan for 20acres in Kyneton, the bank sent someone to measure the land as part of there approval process….
anyway we had 2 guys knocking on our door in the Burbs on a 1/4ish block asking us where all the land was ??.. The bank sent the guys to our residential home not our block of land. Thing is they took weeks to come out ..to the wrong address .. so we were late getting the approval for the contracts.
thats my 2cents + 2% interest worth !.

ie. If you know the asking price is $230,000, what weekly rent would you need to collect to make it worth while ?
And to compare the rent amount to the average for the area.(1) Asking Price $230,000.
(2) remove the 000’s (divide by 1000.
(3) double it ($230 x 2)=$460pw or better to make +ve gearing work.Well it makes sense to me anyway…

Why was there a new cover created ? before or after the original one…
There could be a yearly revision… 0 to 130 in 3.years… 0 to 145 in 4.5 years…. 0 to 160 in 5.5 years…. and the “sequel” …. “A Suburb called McKnight”, a story about a suburb created by just one man, 250 Residential properties, commercial/industrial and retail in one tightly knit community….No TAX just higher Rent repayments !!… haha [
