]Many years ago, I was working in a Victorian Hospital (name unknown to protect me..LOL)
Anyway, they had many systems, one of which was dedicated to development. Well this day was quiet and boring, so at that time I was curious how viruses spread, so I did the research and played with a “tiny” script. I ran it on this UNIX system, it simply copies itself and creates a new filename…. ie “test” will create “test.1, test.2, etc”… “test.1″ would create test.1.1, test 1.2, etc.. ” so each file creates 1000 files, which create 1000 files.
Seemed like fun at the time…. Within 3 minutes I couldnt stop the processes, there were too many to stop them all, and the filesystem filled up, which crashed the machine. [
]Lucky it was only a development machine… and I was the only developer on that box when it crashed.. [
]I havent done that since… been tempted though….[

I like most of the “reality” show.. “Big Brother” etc…
and the “renovation shows”… “DIY rescuse”, “Backyard Blitz”, “changing rooms”, etc etc…

what you have worked for !.” (Author: Me)Amit.. I filled up one of the servers “temp” partition (it was a total accident!) I was creating over 70,000 PDF files to be burnt to CD.
Before I know it, “everyone” couldnt use “mail”, and they got an alarm every 15 seconds telling them that the temp area was full…. That caused about an hour of panic.. but on my part … LOL

]I wouldnt think it would matter.
You will be the one looking for the bargains, and then discussing them with your accountant, he would know the legal aspects of what you need to do, the IP +ve gearing on the books is simply a calculation, which he would be able to work out tax, etc…An accountant with IP experience would be more of a bonus as he would have done similar figures before… [8D]
Thats my 2cents + 10% GST + %7 interest worth. [8D]

All I can say, is without reading your book, I would not be motivated to look for property investments.
I have read your book, and it has taught me so much I didnt know. We are (Pinky and me) still having a good look for our PPOR (cheap just to get our feet planted, we sold our last PPOR for a nice profit…) so we want to invest it into a long term cash flow for us, and our children.[
]Thank you for giving us the knowledge that we now have, so we can start our journey to freedom… eventually… we are sitting on our hands abit at the moment, we are looking to see if the “bubble bursts” on property prices so we can find that bargain hideaway.[

camviv… I have worked in situations like like…”we havent got time to fix the process, so we will keep runing around with our heads cut off trying to fight all the little problems, with trying to fix the real “core” problem.[]
