Pinky has lost interest in this forum, and I dont blame her, her post was LOCK when she posted HER OPINION. ]The point was we need to be aware of the positive and negative cases. We cant simply look through rose colored glasses.
Look at the current bubble burst.. if you buy now at a high price.. the bubble bursts and house prices drop.. then your +ve geared investment may turn -ve, due to the fact your loan repayments may go higher, but the rent may not due to the value of your property dropping..
It a risk we all need to be aware of.
Pinky has now lost the drive for +ve gearing and this web site. So my partner in life, is not in favour of this technique. That leave me with no options apart from simple browsing through here for investment tips. We are now only looking for our PPOR to get our feet securely planted.

]When its a nice sunny day, and the dogs are DRY. we let them (3 of the bruts) in the house for a change. .. anyway we asked our daughter to open the back door for the dogs (thinking they were dry..) they tore through the house, cats running for cover left and right…[

Then the dogs ran in to the bedroom, onto the bed “all excitement”… “ALL WET!” .. mud everywhere… scared cats in corners.. LOLThey didnt stay in long after that…. [

]We often drop our 7/10 yo off at McDonalds parties, etc. [
]Or host our own and let the parents drop off the kids. [

We had one boy dropped of for our daughters birthday…. all GIRLS, so he was left out… []
he was sad the entire party, we tried to communicate with him, but the bottom lip said it all.. []Regards,

I had a sleep study done, with all the wires and tubes stuck on me to sleep. [
]It means I will be going back to the specialist on the 15 October for the full report. and hopefully get a oxygen mask to sleep with.
It sounds bad, but its a common problem that many dont know they have… you can sleep 12 hours and feel tired.. with the mask you may sleep 6 hours and feel fully refreshed…My airwaves close when I sleep, so it causes me to only sleep light, and wake up many times per hour…
