neologism, im not a morgage broker or nothing like that, but if you were not interested in re-investing your profits from the IPs, etc. I would think paying off your loan quickly would benefit you as you would pay less interest on the loan etc.[]

Wouldnt that mean, the margin you make from your tenants lease to the IP loan will be smaller or even in some cases -ve geared. So next rent review ie every 12months you would need to adjust the lease up to align with the interest rate increase.

Wouldnt this be like Investment Seminars where they show you properties that you can invest in.. but everyone else is also shown the properties, I would doubt they would leave the “good bargains” in there for someone else, they would most likely show you the ones they cant off load..[8D]
