Good on you buyers agent thanks…., Data bases are like rent rolls you can buy or sell or do deals with owners, didn’t realize this site is only for investors, I get emails daily on different subjects and rarely do i have time to look at,… anyway all good,… My back ground is finance and wealth creation and of course investment property (we sell property in Nsw & qld) and done so for the last 20yrs cheers
