Update to my original query…made settlement, just! Each person (legal and accounting) I spoke with, other than Lender, agreed there was nothing to gain by asking the beneficiaries to sign the document. Lessons learned and documented. Richard and Terry, thanks for your input…never underestimate the comfort a few words of wisdom can bring.

pagey23, I'm fairly familiar with the Mildura area…I'm wondering how recent your research data is?Although Mildura has been on the radar as an inland growth area in Commercial and Investment property, I would urge you to double check investment strategies for Mildura/Sunraysia. Just my opinion though.
