Last Sundays Herald Sun had a 3yr, 5yr and 10yr forecast listing for houses and units in Victorian suburbs and towns which was pretty interesting. I have kept our copy of it if you want to know particular suburbs . Probably not so useful if you just want to browse through it though!

Hi everyone,

I'd be interested in meeting up too. I'm also a bit of a newbie with my first IP purchased last year.

Any weeknight after 7pm except Wednesday would be fine for me, and I'm South East (Mulgrave).

That's what concerns me – sorting out the good buyers agents from the not-so-good. So any recommendations from people who have used them before would be great.

Hi. I don't have any feedback about this company (yet) but we have also been looking into buying an investment property through them, but don't really know anything about them. Have you found out any information on them since this post? Did you decide to go ahead?
