I can suggest NOT to take any free advice as it has cost me a lot of money during my property journey ,I can suggest or recommend a coach to you if you are interested , People buying their first home is good but the journey doesn’t stop there ,somebody has to pay that mortgage.do you want to pay it off in 30 years or less .Life is not meant to be paying mortgage. So get a good coach and build your Team .

its not a good idea to pay off your investment loan just use the equity and keep multiplying untill you get to a point where you see properties paying itself off .Property investing is like a business ,if you need more info i can give you my Mentors contact .i have learnt a lot from him and i am happy to give some back to public.
Be brave pay your insurance let the insurance companies have parties on your hard earn cash .its the way we live now days .Pay your self first from your hard earned cash then pay the rest if you got any left over .This was the tip i got from an old man who is lot richer then most of us .People think a lot of paying others but not them self .Have a self managed insurance in your family its not hard to set up.

Hi Guys i paid $6 K for a seminar few years back ,and i have made 20 times more for my investment ,its a matter of which seminars you going to and who the speaker is ,there are some good ones and there are some very bad ones ,its hard to pick the right one .Google them to see if they have any substance or they only talk .I have been lucky to pick the right one so i made money ,other people may not be so luck ,but its not like there are free beers out there ,but look closely and invest in right education .Happy to talk more if you need more details PM me
Hi Catalyst, most financial advisors will try and sell you insurance product thats what they know , i only belive in people who have done it themself .Street smart people are the best ones ,and ofcourse later down the track you will need good property servey accountants ,they are hard to find but there are some out there .

Mate the best advice i can give is if you can afford a investment property then get into property market first .Good investment will pay for your education .

I use to be in your shoes few years back ,my accountant told me to buy negative geared properties but he never told me where to buy and how to structure my finances lucky one of my friends reffered me to his Mentor and he told me to buy to buy positively geared properties he even showed me where he was buying and why ,I really thanks this guy otherwise my accountant would have put me in a very steep position . I am happy to recommend this guy but not happy to recommend any accountants advise.
