Hi Dan42,So my cost base would be an adjusted cost base taking into account the conveyancing, comms etc which would give me the final capital loss amount?And then I would claim the exit fees as a borrowing cost?Cheers

Just incase I did not clarify.My current PPOR will be rented out.I will move in to the new double storey home. The 'rental' is only built in May 07, so I will get good depreciation.
