Hi everyone
Yes I know the Yanchep and Two Rocks area very well, and this place is set to absolutly BOOM!!!! This place has been very quiet since the Alan Bond days of Club Atlantis, Dizzy Lamb Lion Park etc etc. Those in the know are quietly going about snapping up the ocean front blocks, and the older established houses in Yanchep and Two Rocks which is about 8 klms further north. Two Rocks has the marina servicing the cray boats and has a small shopping center, servicing the Two rocks community.
In my opinion with the new Saint Andrews project coming online, and Marmion Ave due to be completed by early next year, along with pristine beaches, and safe swimming for the kiddies in Yanchep lagoon, this is a place that is definitly worth looking at. Good luck and peace to you all
