Thanks to everyone that replied to my posting,
The response far exceeded what I expected.
After reading everyone’s posts and doing much soul searching I will go ahead and take the course. I feel the cost of $600 is quite justifiable compared to other courses I have done.
Any my main goal is to gain a better legal understanding of property, not so much what deals can be put together. If you know what you are allowed to do or not allowed to do then you are going to be able to find a best fit solution.
Thanks again everyone, especially Steve for providing this fantastic free site for us all.
