    What are closing costs? How much is this likely to be?

    hi..thanks for the reply…a conveyancer mentioed we may be able to onsell the unit by “transfer by direction” or something along those line…has anyone heard of this method?

    ok, complex one I know..

    To put it simply, could anyone out there check out my spreadsheet to make sure it all works out ok? It’s fairly complex and I need to rely on it to make the final decision.

    yes, living in australia – “emigrated” 2 years ago. I am on a 5 year temp res. visa, but my wife and I are nearing the end of perm. res. application, it just wont be in time for the mortgage. My wife is a perm. resident as far as first home is concerned, but b4 we can get that we obviously need a mortgage.

    We are both in full time employment.
