    i checked some houses near the water they smell, they old and they need some TLC, the house i chose is practically BRAND NEW. Soon as i walked in im like " I would live here" . Nice and modern fresh fluffy carpets modern kitchen and bathroom .

    This is ridiculous, i know for a fact i can service this next property but so far i cannot get the amount i want from them. If i open an ABN i have to wait some time before they look at that as income right? Hmm if  i get someone with an ABN  to write that i have been getting paid X amount for the last year, would they take that in consideration?

    Yes i know im stupid im new to all this… i just wish i found out before, now its doing my head in thinking every tax return has to include him then he has to give me the money once the return has been done

    Ok this is the deal i just rang him and he said he will give me a special deal cause of my circumstances he says they will right up a contract that i only pay $8500 at first and then in 3 years i pay him the rest once i see the growth the house is making, Another thing he says and is 100% about is… He states that my out of pocket expense will be $69 from year 1  – 3.5 years. Then if i decide to buy another house at that point of time it will go up to $104 Until year 5, then another house $139 untill year 6 then another house at yr 7 will cost me $88, at  year 8 if i buy another it will cost me $0. OUT OF POCKET ANNNND waiitttt theres moreee. HE SAYS its LOCKED!!! yess LOCKEDDDDDDDDDDD at those prices NO MATTER HOW HIGH THE INTEREST RATES GO UP!!! ORRRR EVEN IF THERES NO TENANT IN THE HOUSE FOR MORE THEN 6-8 WEEKS!!! NOT USING THE HOUSE INSURANCE THINGY..             WTFFF!!! HIS NAME IS PETER from GEN X LIFESTYLE SOLUTIONS.  9567 0833 If anyone is game enough to have a phone battle or even go in and see what his talking about.

    Can someone out there please try and mimic this system what in the HELL IS HE TALKING ABOUT? he says he has setup up systems like this with the bank with his own investments and many other peoples.. This is for a house worth 350,000 – 380,000. PLEASE SOMEONE TELL ME THERE IS A TRICK OUT THERE IM NOT SEEING.

    He says i have to come to 1 more seminar and he will show me how to do it, i can either walk away and try do it on my own or he will do it (he will do it meaning 45k in the long run). This last seminar will cost $400.

     He wont say much over the phone, I said to him "So what your saying is i go in there for the final seminar and i want to do this on my own you will show me? He says yes. And he also explained the WHOLE story about the artical against them, it was abit complicated and said the media hyped it all up and he also stated that same guy has written things against westpac Ramz etc etc. And the couple the article says that they didnt get there money back was not true theey got it all back bar $8500 due to them doing all the work for them.

    Yes it was not for the advise it was a reply for a comment some idiot made. Iam deffinatley doing some research and have been since my plan occured to me 2 weeks ago, Im going to meet with a Leigh, and ask him for some stragetic advise aswell as loan advise tommorow.

    OK the guy just rang me.. he was trying to tell me that if i do it myself i wont find something 10%, which means i wont be able to get my 2nd 3rd 4th house the the matter of time as i planned, Now tell me this whats the average growth im looking at here if i choose a good place ?

    Sorry last post was for ambosh, YEs i know if he guarantees the 10% it would be great im waiting on a call from him and i will ask him, i doubt he will tho because he spent 3 hrs showing me a part of there selecting method, also stating they have worked with HUGE corperations to dertermine area . Beleive it or not one of the biggest property investors in the world are actually mcdonalds! and he recons he has connections within and has got tips from them and other big corperations, and with all the information they have this method called the criteria 86 Meaning there are 86 checks to see if the property passes, They even goto shopping centres and do market research and pay random people to ask what they like in a house, area etc. they really get in micro analyising. So pretty much he was trying to show me why the 45,000 is worth it and why they never go wrong when selecting, He doesnt just say 10% he actually says thats the MINIMUM its usually more then 10%. Go figure ….By the way Whats the average percentage growth on a good area ?

    NUmber 8, The company is  Genx Lifestyle solutions. (02) 9567-0833 the Main man is Peter. He wont tell you nothing over the phone thats the problem assume you know the deal and say do you guarantee finding property with 10% growth.
