As I am just thinking about the possibility to develop a small site I was wondering if anybody could give me a ballpark figure how much it may cost to build a 2 storey duplex with 4 bedrooms each.
This would include tearing down an old wood house (with brick base) and construction costs from scratch including architect, etc.
