I normally use "http://www.onthehouse.com.au" it's free and I found the "street report" most helpful of all, and it shows a lot more records than realestate.com.au and domain.com.au, I have seen some sales record of more than 10 years ago.

But it doesn't get updated as quickly as realestate.com.au or domain.com.au, so you might need to refer to both.
