Kensington Gardens, Norwood, Burnside, Kensington Park and surrounding suburbs are all considered trendy locations and solid suburbs for capital growth. Thank you for your advice everyone. Its very much appreciated. I understand it will cause hardship for these good tenents who are really very nice. Thats why I think we will rent for the remainder of the lease. Or maybe try and purchase another IP when were feeling ambitous.

I guess the minister does have a point.Thanks guys for the info. I appreciate it. What a shame theres no way around it. I would like receiving the initial deposit in the wrap process to use to fund another property purchase. I’ll check out the lease option though.
