    HI ZUCAN
If your looking for something easily tenantable with good opportunities for long term, stable capital growth then the eastern suburbs are the way to go. Kensington Gardens, Norwood, Burnside, Kensington Park and surrounding suburbs are all considered trendy locations and solid suburbs for capital growth. I’m selling a large 2br unit in excellent condition in Kensington Park. Please contact me if your interested.
There’s some general info here on the Adelaide market (last page): http://www.homepriceguide.com.au/media_release/Market%20Update%20Edition%203_Jun2005.pdf

Thank you for your advice everyone. Its very much appreciated. I understand it will cause hardship for these good tenents who are really very nice. Thats why I think we will rent for the remainder of the lease. Or maybe try and purchase another IP when were feeling ambitous.

    Cheers

Thanks guys for the info. I appreciate it. What a shame theres no way around it. I would like receiving the initial deposit in the wrap process to use to fund another property purchase. I’ll check out the lease option though.

    Cheers
