Steve Kevin will be in town for your trip in. I hate I won't be here. Make sure Kevin takes you to the higher end homes. We are seeing the 4 bed room 3 bath homes . Priced here from $130k to $230k. No buying them under value is what we are looking to do. $60k less and rental income seems to be that 1 % a month.Talk soon
