    Jay  I pulled similar  article up while I was speaking in both Malaysia and Singapore .I wanted to show investors , even with Zillow_ Google earth – and all the internet advancements. This is why I wanted them to come to the USA and Check things out if they planned on buying.

    The smart investors have all positioned themselves in well in phase 1. Phoenix, florida and parts of Atlanta are beginning to dry up. The amazing deals are getting harder to come by.
