FEES This is a business and people are going to be charged REGARDLESS. Yes, being in the USA and buying in bulk (not bulk list, but from real estate agents) so I pay the agents and then factor in rehabbing the properties so I pay my contractors too! Well we looked at section 8 204 unit in Atlanta , think our client passes we so did we.Taking on a large head ache just don't have the stomach for it.
