Hi jaxon / all – regarding the supply/demand equation, is it fair to say that there will always be demand for rental properties in Gold Coast, but that the price growth won’t be spectacular?

I am visiting Gold Coast briefly in a week or two to look at properties.

Hi all, I ended up buying a property in the Central Coast area (Lake Munmorah) in a secure community estate.

I’m considering the gold coast area and maybe albury for the next investment opportunity.

Anyone who has thoughts on the area around gold coast would be great – I am considering either a house or townhouse but not an apartment.

I believe your investment in Botany still has good long term potential – near the airport, near the city, detached house, limited land.
