I am a buy & holder and currently into our 6th since Nov 03.
It took me at least 2 years to fully understand my market and niche area. We did many “dummy” strategies until we sorted the best for our stiuation.

I always remembered that you had to think “out there” and then a little more and I spose we are now reaping the rewards of our patience and homework. We are still learning on the job. fine tuning etc, as you should never let the mind go numb!!(mmmm after last nite).head above water

We are doing one per week at the moment, when I first started in Nov 03 it was 6ish weeks. It is as quick as we are gaining $$.

Very recent, November last year, paid $75k, rent $200. It has been valued today at $93k. The numbers kept stacking up and have bought 4 others similiar.

I personally think people get too hung up on boundaries and borders. What does it really matter whether you invet in Queensland, or on the other side of the planet? As long as the growth area is good, the returns are good and your expenses are minimal, leaving a nice weekly surplus in your pocket!?!
I have an over supply of great +cf properties at the moment, but they are nowhere near queensland -and I don’t want very much of a spotters fee either!! If you’d like some info anyway, you could drop me an email and I’ll send you more info.
