I did not say I would work for $5.00 a day.
Read my statement again!!!!!
If I was in debt, without the means to pay it back, and someone offered me $5 a day to assist them in a project, resulting in me working the debt off and at the same time giving me the opportunity to learn something which would provide me with the knowledge I need to succeed – I would take it.
The person in the story was propably on the dole anyway and was doing the job on the side, because it meant he could work off his debt. simple, I think
Did this ever get off the ground?
Hi mim_rob
I am also thinking about going to have a look at a property, which the owner wants to lease back, for his lifetime.
The property is on the market for $99,000 and according to the agent the owner wants to free up his finances and the rental return potential is $110 – 120 week.
How did you get to deal directly with the Vendor?
Would you be able to negotiate the same deal through the agent?
Hi All
I would like to know what you all thought Jack was selling? He is not the only person in this forum with a link to a website.
The first line I read was “I WANT TO SHARE YOU SOMEONE’S STORY”, I didn’t think for one minute that he was talking about himself.
The moral I got out of the story was ‘NEVER GIVE UP’ no matter what your current situation is. With persistance and hard work you can get the knowledge you need to go forward.
The man in the story had no job and was indebt to another, so he worked for him for $5 a day to fix up a building and in the process he worked the debt off and also learnt respect for himself, others and the value of money. What is wrong with that?
I wouldn’t mind being paid $5 a day to learn something that will provide me with the knowledge I need to succeed.
I also thought he was saying that you don’t have to attend expensive seminars to achieve your goals. As he said probably 5 will succeed to the dreams after attending.
I also don’t believe that the reference to the Robert Allen seminar in the post was a recommendation.

Hi All
Thanks for your comments – gives me some food for thought.
In addition to my previous questions, the property is managed by the Accor Group.
Hi All
Where can it be downloaded from?
Hi Byronet
Unfortuneately I dont know anyone likeminded, or to even talk to about properties I find which I think may be a good deal.
This is why I am still in my confort zone, still looking, finding and not moving forward as I would like.
Hi byronet
Have you invested in this area yourself?
Hi Jake
These Mentors
How and where did you find them?
Hi Westan
I have noticed that most of the real estate agents are the property managers aswell.
What is the difference?
Could someone please explain strata title please? How does one go about changing properties to strata title?
I live in Deception Bay.
It has also been known as Depression Bay, Decrepit Bay.
Part of the waterfront has already been refurbished.
It is too hard now for single income earners to get into a PPOR in D’ Bay these days.

I wouldn’t call it a beach. Just a water front.
Sorry, but you have missed the boat.
I live in Deception Bay. Prices have tripled in the last 2 years.
It is a much nicer place to live now than it was a few years ago and it is getting better all the time.

Hi 007
Has there been any more thoughts about hosting a SE Qld get together?

Deception Bay – Approx 30 minutes north of Brisbane.
Hi Rugbyfan
Could you answer these questions for me please.
Is land tax calulated on each property owned or on the accummulative value.
Your spread sheet reflects a threshhold of 275,997 in Qld. Why then does the spreadsheet have Land value Less than $4,000 paying .20cents in each $?
What are the rebates? Tax?? How does this work?

Hi 007

Hi Rugbyfan

Thankyou for the information about ‘Office of State Revenue’. Is this an annual bill?
