    I have i problem with someone reprenting a mail box as office.

    Chatswood has a high vacany rate for commerical offices, with owners offering great terms.

    Rick is in the real estate game and would know this, so why mislead people into thinking that his address is a office.

    I can not believe that i am the only one who thinks this is deceptive.

    I am missing something here?

    Is this a common method used by real estate promoters?

    I seem to be out off step with everyone.

    But I think it is morally wrong to misrepersent something as is when it is not

    You can call a spade a shovel but dont call it a backhoe.

    If he had not used “suite” his address would not be an issue.

    I have no problem with people using mail boxes or P.O. Boxes.

    I have a problem with them being called “suite”

    I am surprised that i am the only one.

    I think my question is legitimate.

    I still dont understand why you have a problem with it.

    I am not a she.

    If I have posted this question in the wrong forum, I aplogise. Would I be better posting this question in the Specifically Property or Property Plus forum?
