I does not matter if you owe $100 or $10,000 dollars on you card. If you have a credit limit of $10,000 you are assest at having a debt of $10,000

Look at buying a business that is being sold with land and building.

You do not pay Gst on the purchase of the business.

The down side is that you needed to keep busines going for 3 years or you will be liable to pay GSt.

When buying off the plan remember to do your research!

Be careful of over estitmating present value of your properties. The lenders valuers are very conservative and you might find you LVR is above 80%

Maybe get your local real estate agent to give you a estitmate that is very conservative.

Banks take a % of your credit limit in there calculation for lending.

If your credit limit is $10,000 which is completely paid off, the bank still considers it as you have $10,000 on the card. This will effect the amount you can borrow.
