How do you find out the number of properties managed by an agent? I find that this information is not disclosed by the agents themselves.
No, I want to leave it as owner-occupied. I don’t want to declare the property as investment. Therefore, I’m not claiming any deductions on my tax. I’m just not sure if this is legal, leasing out the property but not declaring it as investment. I don’t get the rent.
So LOC is not an offset account, am I right?

Sorry, but could you briefly explain what is capital gains tax in this (house) scenario? I downloaded the ATO document but it states about shares, and not really on the housing section.
