I agree with Michael and highly recommend Michael Yardneys book. Also well worth a read are "How to achieve Wealth for Life through Property Investing" and "How to Legally Reduce Your Tax" by Tony Melvin and Ed Chan.Enjoy

Thanks Marc.You make a good point on lending. While some of my lending is full doc – the ones left over from when there was a salaried income. All my more recent lending has been with LoDocs.
