The Website says that it’s still locked up with ASIC, but does that mean they will go offshore?

Is there anything stopping someone from borrowing from an overseas source?

Exactly what Steve said. I would add that when looking at property stats they generally tell you prices for 3 bedroom houses and 2 bedroom units. Since townhouses are also generally 3 bedrooms but are on a smaller block of land than houses you expect their price range to be somewhere in between.
