What's your favourite books about wealth creation?
Mine, Number 1, Rich dad poor dad, followed by buying and playing the game cashflow over and over.
2. Steve's book. 0-130 in 3.5 years. Which I found humorous that he was inspired by Rich dad poor dad in the first place.
Anything else that are must reads?

All of Steve's books are excellent. His second book is really good as he takes on the mentoring role and you can use his tools to keep yourself moving.
I am reading 'Think and Grow Rich in Property' and it is very good too.

yes the TGR Property is a very good compendium of smaller books to give you a bigger picture of what to expect in property investment world.
I'm personally a fan of Margaret Lomas and she has quite a few books out.
I read "How to create an income for life" a few years, which really made me look at the concept of buying property for cashflow (instead of focusing soley on capital gain).
I want to read another of hers "20 Must Ask Questions" before I buy my next property.
I watch her on Sky Business channel too and she really has a wealth of knowledge of the Australian market. Whenever a caller asks about a certain area, she wil be able to give specfics about it 99% of the time.
I think she's been investing for 20+ years so she has the experience too.
I found that the Dollarmite by CBA was a great starter before I graduated to a full grown passbook.
My vote goes for The Richest man in Babylon – It is in my opinion ancient wisdom for modern times

My vote goes to ‘The Richest Man In Babylon’ (George S Clason). When you trul understand its content, there is no need to read anything else.

Yep, that's the one. It's one of the first IP books I ever read and found it to be very easy to understand. The best $5 I've spent on Ebay

* Wealth Magic by Peter Spann – like YI above it was very motivational, not much strategies or tools but had me out of my place and back home for a while, while searching for a second IP.
Currently reading Steve's first book which has changed my view on the buy and hold strategy, looking forward to getting onto his second book.
