Coffs Harbour bypass

Hello,

I am looking at buying a first home in Coffs Harbour. There seems to have been a small collapse in the prices of large family homes there, also a bypass is currently under construction with two tunnels. Does anyone have any opinions to share regarding the future prospects for growth in the area? What impact might the bypass have? Coffs floods every decade in the low areas.
