Hi People out there,
I need opinion about investing in Maitland (Gillieston Heights) vs Blacktown. Which one would be better in terms of capital growth and rental?
I am keeping an eye two houses one in Blacktown and one in Gillieston heights. Both has same rental yield and same block size. Almost similar price.
BKTown house is 30 yrs old but Gillieston Heights in 5 yrs old. That is the only difference.
Please suggest what is your opinion?
