I have been renting my property on airbnb through HouseBee ( airbnb property manager Sydney) for the last 2 years. They are providing around 30% higher income return than traditional real estate in Sydney. I am wondering if any of you has a property in Hunter Valley region on airbnb providing a good return. I have a 4 bedroom townhouse, I am considering of giving the property as well to Housebee.

It’s definitely worth outsourcing property management wherever you can. Airbnb’s seem easier than long-term rentals but they can actually be more work.
