    For me, I would love to turn The Breakfast Creek Hotel into luxury apartments. What a stunning building. The verandahs, the large windows, easily segmentable layout. It would be an incredible home. Unfortunately…for me…it’s a pretty popular watering hole, and I don’t see that changing without a major issue or disaster. I am obsessed with this building. I’d do anything to get it.
